Annual Reporting Tool (E-Accreditation)

CoARC continues to work with Liaison International to develop its new web-based annual reporting tool called “E-Accreditation”.

• Beta-testing will occur this fall with an anticipated “go live” at the end of the year.
• The annual report deadline has been moved from September each year to April 15th. The next report is due April 15th, 2011.
• More details will be provided at the AARC Summer Forum. 
• CoARC will provide several web-based training sessions once the new annual report is operational.

REMINDER TO PROGRAM DIRECTORS:

You MUST submit your NBRC Annual School Summary Reports to annualsummary@coarc.com.

Graduate and Employer Surveys (both surveys to be used when completing the Annual Report)

 

Graduate Survey (MS Word) - Rev 11/09   Graduate Survey (Adobe PDF) - Rev 11/09   Administered to all program graduates on or about six months after graduation.

Employer Survey (MS Word) - Rev 11/09   Employer Survey (Adobe PDF) - Rev 11/09   Administered to employers of program graduates on or about six months after graduation.

A sample CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE STUDENT EMPLOYER SURVEY INFORMATION form is available to assist with improving CoARC Employer Survey return rates.  Programs are free to use their own institutional forms.
