Submitting the RCS involves: 1. Reviewing your data to be sure it was complete and accurate.
2. Verifying that a detailed Analysis and
Action Plan had been prepared for each 3. Checking the box labeled "Submit a copy of the Annual Report via email to the CoA" 4. Clicking the "Generate / Submit Report" button. The message "Report has been sent to the CoA" appears on the right side. 5. Clicking "Download Report" in the pop-up window.
6. Saving a copy of the report to
your computer for your files. NOTE: After you have filed the pdf version, if you make subsequent on-line changes, they will NOT be reflected in the report on file. If requested by the Committee, you may contact jana@coarc.com to UN-SUBMIT the previous report, otherwise, the Committee considers the last filed version prior to the deadline to be the official submission by the program.
