¹ New programs are invoiced effective January 1 of the year following issuance of Letter of Review.

² If the same sponsor has a second accredited program at the same location, the second fee is reduced.

³ If the actual site visit costs exceed $1750, programs are invoiced for the amount over $1750.

⁴ If the actual additional costs exceed $875/day/visitor, programs are invoiced for the amount over $875/day/visitor.

⁵ The annual fee for a Distributed On-line Option is assessed if enrollment in greater than 100 students or the number of active clinical affiliates is greater than 10.
